Think panel talks, live sets, project screenings, inspiration stories and a buzzing space to connect with others who just get it.
From DIY dreamers to those paving the way, this is where culture meets across music, visual media, art and beyond. No matter your interest, we invite our community to come together in real life to share insight, swap stories, and celebrate the future of creativity. This is part conference, part social gathering, part platform for multi-disciplinary talent.

What is this event about?
It’s a day of panels, culture showcases, conversations and networking for creatives across music, arts, and culture. You’ll hear from speakers and industry with valuable insights into creative careers, with moments of vulnerability, inspiration, education and community all throughout the day. There are over 25 speakers, hosts, performers and vendors, in addition to our big community - it’s going to be the ultimate culture meetup.
Who is it for?
Anyone working in, or aspiring to work in, creative fields - from DJs, artists, and writers to event organisers, designers and cultural entrepreneurs. Whether you’re starting out or scaling up, you’ll find value here. We have found that many of the conferences or industry meet ups that exist in Ireland, feel inaccessible or overwhelming. This is by the people, for the people and everyone is invited.

Our special guest speaker will share her incredible journey, reminding us all why we should follow our dreams. Taking a chance on a business idea in a new city led her to found the successful Hi Spirits Wine Club, collaborate with major brands, and be featured in the likes of Forbes, Condé Nast and The Irish Times. Ngozi’s story and insights are sure to inspire entrepreneurs and creatives alike.

Why Is It So Hard? Getting Opportunities and Moving Forward in Irish Culture
Siloed subcultures, blatant racism, weak infrastructure, nepotism, stereotypes and cliques - just some of the challenges faced by most creatives in Ireland. This panel shares stories of both struggle and success, sparking conversation on how we can come together to push culture forward.
